SEMINAR OUTLINE A lighthearted yet enlightening talk discovering that the principles of Ayurveda are already lively in our Awareness, and in all traditions around the world. Even in what our Grandmothers told us. Discover with Tim why the baritone burble of a hearty soup pacifies vata; why when dining out, the happiness of the chef is more important than the tantalizing menu; learn of the celebration of our individuality, ‘the dance of the doshas’
This is followed in the kitchen,‘cooking up a storm’. There is making ghee, several vegetarian dishes showing how to use spices (and their health benefits), the tricks of dhal making, and a very special tonic (rasayana) passed down to Tim by his teacher.
SPICE UP YOUR LIFE
Through jokes, talks and tales, you will LEARN things to act on NOW, both in and out the kitchen. And see, smell and taste many dishes created before you, and sometimes by you. With a handout of notes, tastings of the dishes, all the recipes, and some extras too.
